VERY BAD EDGARS

Have you ever tried dealing with Edgars......don't even try. They have one of the worst aftercare service around. At the beginning of July I bought two cell phones on my account and requested that it be put on a 24 month repayment. Unfortunately it went through on a 6 month repayment. Since that date I have been trying to get them to change it. Nobody is will to help. Send a mail to customercare they tell you. All you get is a computer generated reply that someone will contact you. Two months later and many emails and phone calls and the matter is still not resolved. DONT BUY FROM EDGARS!!
