VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have just visited Edgars in Govan Mbeki. When i got to the till i enquire about the promotion the advertised (When you buy school wear for R450 or more, you get R100 discount). Firstly the lady at till (Zanele) did not know anything about it i had to go back to the school wear isle and took one of the adverti*****t to show her, she then took my stuff and started ringing it up. i had to pay first before i got the slip, when i got the slip, i was incorrectly billed, she then called a gentleman a gentleman( Nyaniso) to assit her her, they reversed the transaction and redid it, again wrong, after that i decided to cancel my full cash purchase of R1500, first thing is, i had to wait for 40 minutes while they were trying to do the transaction correctly, which they failed, secondly it was during my lunchtime, and i was late for work, thirdly i think that the staff should be informed of the promotions that happens in the shop, and they also need proper training. i am really not impressed, that i wasted my time and still came out of the shop with nothing.
