Very bad bad experience with edgars I dont even encourage anyone to buy there ...

I bought POLO sandals worth R1500 in May 2026..I worn the shoes the following day the other shoe's belt came out ..like it broke ...I took it back to Edgars the following week because I was on duty ..I had to explain to the customer service people they refused to take it back and if you can check the thread to that shoes its very thin if u can be vigilant on incident..so I asked for a manager he was so loud ..ddnt evn want to listen he told me I wasnt supposed to wear them ..then I asked how was I supposed to know that the belt will break if I ddnt wear them..isnt it that we buy things to use them?I asked to call head office they said they cant help me because already ive worn them What was i suppose to do ..buy the shoes and take the back without wearing them nor experiencing anything good or bad ...I was so calling in and out till date and I had to take the shoe to the tailor after it has embarrassed me in the mall...
