Very babd experience with EDGARS

Having a very bad experience with Edgars! I have an account with them and it was in errors just before lockdown and I was offered a discount. I was sent an account number and a reference in which to pay the money because their stores were close in April, I payed close to R3000. 00 to settle that account but till now the money is not reflecting on the system and my account is in error. Its affecting my credit score...i have been calling them, sending emails trying to resolve this issue.
