Very annoyed Edcon or RCS customer

Please take this matter in extreme urgency Edcon is shutting down and all it’s remaining employees do not want to assist , they don't want to work , telling me that they have been retrenched. I logged dispute on my account: on the 22,07.2020 and to date it has not been resolved. they keep saying call next week , call next week Please check the attached documents : the amount that I’m querying it’s R6 731.84 Now , someone need to get hold of the edcon employees to sort out this matter , I’m not going to be held responsible for those transaction that occurred on my account without my consent

Also take in account the payments I have made since this matter was raised , re calculate the interest charged on my account from June .
