I bought a Versed Motion E1 tablet for my daughter in January 2015 worked 100% until 2 days ago it doesn't want to unlock switch off or anything went to Edgar's festival mall spoke to a lady by the the of ntabiseng at the cellural department who informed me that they sent all the customers that bought a tablet like the one I bought to eastrand mall to exchange for something else as there is a problem with the units. Needles to say eastrand mall Edgar's say its not true I have to wait 6 weeks for them to fix it if it gives problems again I need to take it back again and get it fixed and so on and so on they caanot give me another tablet or exchange the broken one as informed by the other branch .... I think it's ridiculous that we pay so much money for something and then you wait 2 months for them to fix it how is it possible to take a whole two months to fix something???? Will I ever buy something like this at Edgar's again ? Nope I don't think so

Thank you for raising your apprehensions with us. Kindly note faulty cell phones will be exchanged or repaired subject to the relevant network provider's terms and conditions. Faulty cell phones will be exchanged as per OBF processes within 7 days. After 7 days the phone will be sent for repairs. It doesn't not take 2 months for the phones to be repaired. We apologise for the misinformation.
Please note once the phone is repaired, you will be notified via SMS.
