Utterly useless Edgars Active , Jet cellular

My issue about a faulty cellphone purchase at Edgars Active , Jet cellular , Pinecrest centre , still unresolved after 3 weeks , even with head office getting involved , even though I did request not to liase with the shop and staff , that failed us as a consumer and hurled and heaped insults concerning the matter of a cellphone that stopped working within a week of purchase , was taken back and they sat with it 2-3 months full , without ever bothering to tell us about progress The most insultive part was the so called gesture by the manager , whom in arriving at the shop last week Wednesday , of offering us another phone with (no guarantee) , after having an issue with the phone that had a guarantee , having stood there waiting for over 20 minutes .. Think as an African my dignity has been insulted and consumer rights violated I presume escalating the matter might soften our wounded dignity .. If you can help it , stay away from the aforementioned shop , unless you get the same treatment
