Utterly disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Edgar’s mall@ reds cosmetics. In December 2018 I ask one of the ladies at the Estée Lauder counter to please match me a foundation which they did but they could not give me a sample as they did not have samples and drummings . I needed the a foundation so I bought the double wear foundation (henna) which I paid R600. What is disappointing is it was the wrong color. I went back in January 2019 and I was said there is no Estée Lauder consultant I should come back in the week, which I did. First of all there was nobody at the counter to assist me. After finding someone called Prudence who gave me such attitude. She totally refuse to assist me in every way. I had to go to Clicks to buy my own containers for a sample and they still didn’t have the correct color to give me. The best part of this whole episode was Prudence followed me to clicks and asked the staff at clicks in her language “what did I want and that I am a nuisance which she won’t help ... this is called Bad service and I am certainly not getting it for free to deserve this attitude and behavior.
