Utter Nonsense!!!
I bought a tablet from the Cresta Edgars Activ store. I took it in for repairs straight after purchase as it didnt fully charge and switched off when removed from the charger.The tablet was returned after a month from the repairer and i was informed that the problem had been sorted out. On the 19th Oct, i returned the tablet once more for repairs as the same problem was occurring. To this day, i am still awaiting an outcome on the repairs. No one from the store has bothered to contact me to advise. THIS THING HAS BEEN AT THE REPAIRER MORE THAN I HAVE HAD USE OF IT!!! im sick and tired and i want my money back!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
