Useless service since RCS took over

I have been trying to close my account but since RCS have taken over I can not get hold of anyone on the phone and NOONE replies to my emails.

This is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. They don't even answer your calls if you go into Edgars.

Can RCS just close the whole of Edgars if they are not going to bother managing it properly.
