Useless service

Waited in queue for half an hour, only 3 cashiers at end of the month. I am a pensioner and gave up, put my purchases down and walked out. Later I went back because I received a message to say I get a R100 voucher. Nobody could find out where it came from or if it is legit. Showed them the message saying it is from Edgars, nobody investigated.
