Useless.. ***********.. money *****ing *****'s !

I settled my account in June last year so my balance was R0.00 3 months later I get told I owe Edgars R249.00, I then asked them what for?? so apparently I'm being charged interest on an account that was paid up?? R75 interest a month and then they charge you extra for not paying the R75.00, I then went into the store and had to Pay R475.00 I asked them to close the account and they couldn't because the payment apparently had to reflect first, I then phoned them 2 days later requesting for my account to be closed,.. the phone was dropped in my ear twice and no one seemed to be able to assist me, I then left a message for management to contact me and that obviously never happened, I've emailed them and yet they still phone me everyday, no one can answer me on what they are charging me interest on.., who I can speak to... with every call they say that the calls are recorder it isnt !! as I've asked for all the recordings to retrieved, I've asked for notes to be made on the system... that cant be done, so Edgars staff are just a bunch of lairs, and useless, NO one can assist, yet they can pick up that phone everyday to phone me with the same ****,, they are just *****ing peoples money charging them interest on NOTHING!! and no one being able to close a account in that company hostilely I think that suites them because this means that they get money in for MAHALA so that they can pay the useless concomitant people working for them!! I will never buy from EDGARS again! I just want this stupid account closed cuz one would think that paying R6500 cash and settling an account will give you a better credit score....nope not with Edgars you get a *** credit score from them due to them *****ing money from you and having to pay useless staff members!! I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! AN MY NAME CLEARED!!
