I dont actually want to give 1 star. I would prefer to give 0. I made an online order 2 May 2020. After 2weeks i emailed to ask what is happening with my order as the order number they gave me cant be tracked on their website. 10 days later i get a reply sorry we are very busy due to lock down my order may take 14-16 days. That 2 more weeks. A week later i asked to cancel and give me a refund, with a reply that its being packed and will be sent to the courier in 3-5days. After hearing nothing after n week. Again i asked again for a refund. Again with a reply its at the courier with a tracking number, which is invalid on every site. Today at 5 weeks and 3 days, i received one item from the courier. Now they have 4 other items of myne on the invoice with this one item, and charged me in full for one item. And still no one replies to my emails. I ordered from many other companies during lock down. And received my orders in under a week. So they dont have an excuse. They will not be seeing me every again!
