Useless Edgars

Edgars stores are useless. All off them need to close down as some of our parents are suffering becuase of ***** on the accounts done by staff Memebers. My mother has had an account since 1988 and boom she has an CC contract which she knows nothing about, airtime that she doesn't even get. We have phoned and they logged a case and said it will be stopped and boom she's still paying for it even though she doesn't get the airtime. The lady that assisted her over the phone was so f.....rude. wish I could meet her face to face.. she told my mom that it's not her business that she doesn't know about it she must pay. Our parents work hard for there money for someone stupid with no customer service knowledge to ***** her air time every month. The people need to be found and be fired. They even refusing to give us info to say who's receiving that airtime because they work together in this. Please get this sorted as we not going to continue paying for air time that we don't even know about.
