Useless edgars

I did a payment on the 3rd of August 2020 to edgars so since then my edgars account hasn't been credited n every time wen I call they request documents of which I have sent them thousands times and nothing it's happening this store disappointed me it's been month now and every day wen I call to inquire they say I must send proof of which m doing everytime but I can't find help
