Useless Edgars

My Mom have an Edgars account for a while and we always paid on the Edgars app but a few months ago the app didn't work anymore and we called Edgars 3 times about it because it is the only way we can make payment on the Edgars account.A while ago we made a payment on Edgars website to their account and the did not receive it because we try to use the account number of my Mom's Edgars account but they say it is wrong.How can we make an payment if Edgars don't fix their problems.
