USELESS EDCON/EDGARS

Absolutely USELESS! My husband opened an account with Edgard years ago, paid off his account then found out that they added airtime bundles to his account, which he has been paying for without knowing. He asked for it to be cancelled, which they did, yet they kept billing us for the airtime. Now they want to keep us liable for R100, after we cancelled and paid off the account.

In Aug 2020 we paid the R100 to just close down everything with Edgars and Edcon and yet they did not allocate the R100 and we are still liable for this money!

I will NEVER buy from any of your outlets or stores that fall under EDCON!
