USELESS EDCON
There is not a STAR low enough to rate this company! What a useless company! I bought goods online, and then their online service was suspended due to Covid. Now, nobody can assist me. Then I had to go in store to see if I can get my goods, and they can reverse my online purchase. Sorry! That can't be done! The next minute, due to me throwing my toys, somebody purchased goods *******ly on my account, the same day I went to voice my complaint. Once again, the process to get this all sorted, I don't even want to get into, as it is just too painful. I have been a loyal customer for 20 odd years, but this company will never see me or get another sent from me ever again. People need to do themselves a favour and STAY AWAY FROM EDCON!
