Useless Customer Support

Does Edgars Customer Care ever respond on their emails? I am hoping this hellopeter complaint will get answered as numerous emails have been sent and sometimes it will be forwarded to someone to answer but they give some short generic answer and then never respond after that. I am unable to link my card/account to my online Edgars profile, I am not receiving statements so as explained on my emails to customer care I am currently quite busy and am struggling to go to a branch to pay. Thus every month I am late on my payment as I need to make time to go to a branch. When I opened my account I was never issued with a copy of the contract nor was I told what my interest rate is. Heck up until a couple of days ago I didn't even know what my Account number was. Does Edcon group not have a customer service department and if they do is it ill managed that the service is so bad?
