Useless customer servies

For the last 3 months i have not been recieving my statements .each time i have gone to the brach the get to me to phone customer services .The response is it will take 48hrs than they will send it . I have done this 3 times and still nothing . I went in Today to ask what can be done they said they dont know . The service is terrible
