Useless Costumer Service

Edgars or Edcon is really useless when it come to the insurance they provide on there account. I have been having problems since May trying to get the matter resolved. I was contacted or being harassed by there collection team about the outstanding balance with them having different stories every time regarding the claim. The recent one was that that did not have all the documentation. So I got into my car and went to Edgars Cresta were I handed in all the documentation they requested to find out what is going on. I was assisted by a very nice lady that went through the form and noticed my old employer filled in the UI19 incorrectly and said she will contact Hollard to find out more information. Later the day she called and instructed me when the document is corrected I must email it through to them with a email she provided. This was a Monday. Through this week I was harass by there collection department were I informed them of what I got told and that I'm waiting for the correct UI19 form and every time the informed me that they noting it to the system, but still the kept on calling and telling me that they have seen the system notes. But the best was Friday of that same week when I received a call again but this time someone very rude!!! Telling me that now they want a signed affidavit about when I was retrenched and the new UI19 form (this when they have already all the documentation) contradicting what I was told at Edgars Cresta. They are utter useless and no wounder they are going under. I will never ever spend one cent there again, account or cash. One more lost customer.
