Useless cashier and poor service

So ****ed off boaght a phone for my child when I asked if it has games they told me that I need to buy data and download games when I got home to my surprise it doesn't have internet. Today I went to protea glen pep cell they told me that they won't be able to assist me I will have to go back to the branch I got it from. How stupid and useless it is if I bought it for someone in another province meaning will have to go back to Johannesburg for an exchange not even refund. YOU PEOPLE DON'T THINK OF THE SA CITIZEN SAME BRANCH AND IT'S NOT REFUND BUT EXCHANGE FOR A BETTER ONE. USELESS CASHIER BY NAME OF TIVIA STUPID DON'T HAVE PATIENCE TO TELL PEOPLE OR ADVICE THEM LEAST SHE SHOULD HAVE TOME ME THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE INTERNET MEANING YOUR STUFF SELLS SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T KNOW. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER I KNOW MY RIGHTS AS A SA CITIZEN. WILL CONTACT CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT FOR YOUR USELESS SERVICE.
