Useless And rude call center agents

I have called the call center three times this morning after they gave my mom incorrect information on her account yesterday. My mom is the account holder and I have an additional card. They somehow blocked my card due to it being reported lost- neither myself nor my mom reported it lost. Now they cannot help me and when I ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then come back refusing me to speak to a manager and being extremely rude.
