Useless and pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Calls get dropped by operators. Emails are rep**** to after 14 days with no resolution. You send a follow up email and wait another 14 days for a response that is absolutely worthless. I have been charged interest on my interest free account. I have the sms to prove it is an interest free account. All I am trying to do is get the interest reversed. Clearly this is rocket science to the individuals who work in the customer care centre and finance section. Absolutely frustrating.
