Useless!

My husband closed his Edgars (client for 30 years)account in February 2021 and settled the R150 owing for what we don't know and he still continues to get sms and phone calls demanding payment for an ever increasing amount.He has been to the Greenstone branch 3 times to try and sort it out and each time they say it has been sorted out!but it's not!bunch of half wits.
