URGENT RMCS

RMCS IS STILL TURNING MY WORLD INTO A TURMIOL

IT IS NOW A YEAR AND STILL I HAVE NOT GOT MY ACCOUNT CHANGED BACK TO MY PREPAID ACCOUNT.....IT WAS STILL LEFT ON A CONTRACT.....I HAVE SO MANY REF. NUMBERS THE LAST BEING......*** AND THE SO CALLED ACCOUNT NUMB IS C***/9......I AM ALWAYS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME BUT UP UNTIL NOW NO ONE HAS CALLED ME.... **NOW THEY HAVE SUSPENDED MY SERVICES AND I CANNOT EVEN CONTACT THE VODACOM CALL CENTRE. **PLEASE ASSIST ME TO GET MY SERVICES CONNECTED AGAIN. **ALSO PLEASE GET THEM TO PUT MY ACCOUNT BACK TO PREPAID. **MY CELL IS VITALLY IMPORTANT AS I USE IT FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES..MY CLIENTS CANNOT GET HOLD OF ME AT ALL NOW **THEY SAY I AM A CLIENT OF RMCS ....BUT I NEVER SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTS OR MADE ANY AGREEMENTS WITH THEM TO BE A CLIENT....ALL THIS CHANGE WAS DONE WITOUT MY KNOWLEDGE **FOR NOW I CAN BE CONTACTED ON *** SHAZIA KHAN

I had been ****** of my cellphone and went to Vodacom to get a Sim swap done but was told that EDGARS - RMCS had put my number on contract. Since 08/12/2018 i an still waiting for these people to sort out my number so i do a Sim swap. My reference number for my call is ********** 871424, I was told that they will email a letter so i can get my Sim swap done , but till today 20/12/2018 an after tons of calls to them at my expense i still have not received it. The call centre attendants are rude and just keep on lying that things will be sorted in 24 hours but nothing gets done. How the hell do you make these people get you to release your number so you can get a simple Sim swap done, is it so hard for them. All they do is say sorry, sorry does not help me, i am the one who is loading R100 airtime every day to ****** call these people. As for the Supervisors of this call centres are just as useless and lazy as the staff, all they do is say they busy with another customer an they make you hang on. If this attitude an behaviour continues i will release all their names on this site and many others so others can know who they are. PLEASE I WANT MY LETTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GET MY SIM SWAP DONE.....ENOUGH PEOPLE ........I AM TIRED OF YOU WASTING MY TIME. MY NAME IS SHAZIA KHAN YOU CAN CONTACT ME.
