URGENT!!!

When I opened my Edgars account my initial credit balance was R1000 which I maxed out. In 2019 I was informed that I owe R1500 after I have been religiously making payments on the account... I have been paying ever since and every time I get calls from different collection companies claiming that my account was handed over to them. I am still making payments up to this very day and now I have received another notice that my account is handed over to a different company and the balance now is R828. My balance last month was R700 to which I made a payment of R100 and now this? Seriously Edgars???

All of these collection agencies agents are so unprofessional. I have been requesting statements from the beginning but every time I request a statement the call gets dropped cause they are *********** and don't know how to do their work. I have requested numerous times to speak to a manager but every time I ask to speak to a manager the call also gets dropped in my ear.

I am sick and tired of the level of service!
