URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED
I am very sorry to type this but I am sad and frustrated to report how I have been handled by edgars I can confirm that there is someone who opened an account with edgars under my name .. without my knowledge and my consent. edgars has without any notification handed my account over with no notification.. I am frustrated as this has ruined my name on the credit bearau . I am trying to apply for financing to apply for my small business and I am blacklisted for an account I have no knowledge off.. I spoke to a karabo from accounts ref number to the call is ***4 and she advised that account has been handed to ***** .. which was false as she also gave me a number for their ***** department that does not exist.. Today I spoke with a polina also fom customer services who now advised that account is with dch their debt collecting agency..i need urgent assistance and I need my name completely removed from itc.. I never have opened an account with edgars.. I am depressed as my life has been put on hold when nobody bothered to contact me . I spoke to karabo who refused to take down my contact details as she said they would not call me regarding payments as the account is with *****..
