Installments are high i received my statement for the month of April with an installment due of R2384.40 on a balance of ±R7500 - I made a payment on the 26/04/2018 which was not allocated, I was then told I need to send proof of transaction which i did, however every time I am receiving statements from Edgars on the 02/05/2018 the balance still shows the same and the installment seems to be increasing, I then made a payment of R500 on the 13/05/2018, on the 14/05/2018 i received a statement balance of R7543.65, installment due R959.44, overdue R2029.96 and total due of R2989.40,There are people out there owing you guys thousands but for someone with a small balance like this I regret opening an Edgar's account, Can someone send me the correct amount outstanding and how much needs to be paid at the end of this month cause this is ridiculous
