Upset and Disappointed

On the 26th March 2021 I did a purchase of R369 at the store in East Rand Mall. Between the 17th and 18th April 2021 they decided to go and scratch in my bank account looking for their money, I received a message from my bank stating my account is overdrwan and now I'm m liable for the bank charges and this is almost a month later, they should know that an Auths Code is only valid for 7 days. I'm reconsidering shopping there again as I shop there on a regular basis.
