Updated statement or paid up letter

Paid account in full. Cannot even get a statement from the store to this effect. Cannot obtain a paid up letter. Have phoned, emailed and visited branch with no help. In the process of buying a house and might lose this opportunity because of Edgars. Just need some help! Urgent
