Update my statement

Since RCS took over Edgars there has been nothing but problems. For months I get harassed and threatened to pay my Edgars account and I constantly have to provide **** of payment. This month is no different. I paid my account on the 7th of Nov at the Greenstone Edgars branch. I paid R515. 00 exactly. A few days later the sms and emails start. I repeatedly sent my till slip as proof of payment to every single email address I could find and I have to date received zero response. Tonight I received a disgusting letter from RCS saying my installment is now doubled and I owe over R1000. How is this possible? No one gets back to you, no one replies and when I asked on Edgars Facebook page for assistance and an email address of someone who is not going to send a computer generated answer and actually assist. I get told there is no one. Please can I get some assistance. This is absolutely hair pulling frustrating and I really just want someone to allocate payments to do their damn job!
