My paynetm ter mont is in he vasinity of between R800 and R900 per month/ Two weeks ago I went out and papmpered myself and my daughter with new sets of uderwaer, No problem. Today I wanted to buy a babygrow for a firien and chackec =ed by balance at the store. Noe thann R600 available. Stood in the line for how lon suffocato=ing through the mask and eventually gpt tp the front to the cashier. Sorry man your card has been blocked. Why I askes as all is payes up tp date? OH no sorry cant say go to customer service. Got there and the response is oh you need to wait as ewe are off line....wait...wait...wait... sorry. I said I do not want to hear sorry what's going on. wait...wait...wait.... white manager comes eventually....sorry we block cards for inappropriate shopping ***????? Underwear inappropriate. I shop at the store at least every second month. Next comes the Question did you speak to the consultant when they phoned or answered the sms. What call and What sms.? WeL Edgars..... you are going down the tube. And not because of people like me that pay their accounts up to date as they should. But because of your utterly **** service today I will be closing my account. And not on your terms on mine. Now I will not shop there anymore and I will also pay when and how I feel. Please also take that up with you Kolonade branch and head office/ I will not stand in a queue and do shopping as normal and then get instructed loudly by one of you cashiers that my card has been blocked as if I am a ******** not paying my account
