Up to 50% off Customer service

On Saturday morning 27June 2015 I took my kids Shopping for Eid clothes. As i entered the store, it was packed due to its massisve 50% sale.I came accress a pair of Adidas sandles hanging in the rails which is clearly marked up to 50% off. Happily I made my way to the queue which in i waited 45minutes just to be told that it was priced incorrectly. The friendly cashier walked with me to the rail and confirmed the item shouldve been marked down then called for a manager named Niki. I explained and she said that she cant account for the items placed in her store.Pethetic answer. The item was apparently the last in the store and the barcode was not matched to a sale item. I expresssed my dissatisfaction and she told me to just move along as the cashier could be helping the next customer. The manager then sarcasticly went to fetch takkies that wasnt marked down as to prove to me that not everything was on sale. When i questioned the price she said that the R349.99 price was the reduced price. I asked niki if R349.99 was the reduced price then what was the original price and she became irritated. she just kept saying its a code 91 as if i must know what that is. I want feedback!
