unusually high monthly instalment
my outstanding balance was R7438.38.On 16/05/2015 I paid R800 and on 29/05/2015 I paid in a further R3200.The teller assured me that my monthly installment will decrease.July 2015 my installment was R175,but August 2015 I am expected to pay R1418.25.This was contrary to what was explained to me when I made the payments.Staff at Edgars tried to help but customer service was not very helpfull.They promised to call me to resolve the issue.This was more than a week ago and nobody called.The only reason I made the big payments was to decrease my monthly installment.
