Untruthful treatment

I have an unresolved dispute with Edgars, account number ***.This year January I bought shoes for R240, that time the balance was 0 Rands. In February I received a message saying the balance is 3800. I went in the store on 18.02.21 for clarity to head office using their phone and they gave me number to call to cancel unauthorized debits like funeral covers and club and they will clear the account, up to day nothing happened,instead their collection department makes threats calls daily to pay the account. I want Edgars to clear and cancel that account.
