Unsatisfied customer

I Live in Caledon, so I had to drive all the way to Somerset Mall to go to Edgars, when I got there, their card system wasn't working. I completely understand that it's out of their hands, but they could have at least offer to notify me as soon as it's up and running. It's not like I live around the corner. The reason I went was to buy a black pants for a funeral.
