UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
I bought a phone on the 19th of December 2018 only to return is two weeks later as the touch screen did not work properly. The sales consultant told me that they would send the phone to Hurricane and I will have feedback in the next two weeks. It's almost a month now and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Overtime I phone they tell me the phone is not back yet. This service is totally unacceptable. I need an answer as soon as possible or my money back.
