unsatisfied customer

on Tuesday i went to edgars at lake side mall were i bout my cell phone in March this year.My phone had a crecked screen .when i got their i provided the letter i was given when i bought the phone and the gentleman assisting me told me that ,the paper i gave him was not the insurence copy i should have.

I continued to explain to him that my phone battery doesnt last long and he said the insurance doesnt cover for better life and which that wa snot explained to me when i took the insurance .I again explained to him that the phone sometimes doesnt read sim cards and he responded by saying that technical issues are not covered by the insurance and that once the phone screen is damaged warrenty/garrenty falls off,which i never knew .

I told him with his lady colleque who insisted that those things were explained to me by Khosi who sold me the phone ,and i repeatedly tols them that non of those things were explained to me it was news to me .To top it off they tols me that the phone will come back with access which was news to me aswell .
