UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I will NOT support you any longer. I am very disappointed how us (customers) are treaTed. I am struggling for weeks now to close my account - already paid the settlement amount etc now I receive extra interests and admin fee's after I have closed already. Certainly was not actioned after the woman TOLD ME SHE WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
