Unsatisfactory service

So disgusted with the service I’ve been getting from Edgars. Logged a call on 02 December & after numerous calls, follow ups & an email & no feedback from anyone, only to find out this morning my query has been addressed after 2 weeks. Even sent an email on Friday morning, the turn around time is 48 hours but still response either. But then they can’t even tel me when it will be shipped. Totally disappointed with Edgars. ****pest service ever.
