Unsatisfactory service

<p>Centurion mall's Edgars branch really gave me unsatisfactory service today. The staff are nowhere to be found. I asked an accounts department worker to help fine me someone wgo can assist me at the shoe section, he send someone to me, only to tell me he doesn't work at the section and he will try to find someone else to help me. Someone eventually came to help me, only to tell me as well that he doesn't work at the shoe section. 25 minutes later and still NO help. It's really a slap in the face if you buy all your clothes at Edgars and you constantly have to struggle with the staff to help you. It's pathetic! Really dissapointed.</p>
