Unsatisfactory service

I went to Edgar's at Baywest mall today and amongst the purchase was airtime. I did not receive my airtime I then phoned the store to let them know and they got back to me to say the cashier did give me the airtime. I mean why would I lie about R30 airtime? I am making a noise about it because it is my hard earned R30 that I spent and that has gone missing. I asked the supervisor who called me if they can't reprint the transaction and she said NO! How is it that other stores like spar can reprint an airtime transaction and a big established group like Edcon can't?
