Unsatisfactory Customer Service
On 07/03/19 I made a cash payment on my account. To date this payment has not been allocated to my account, but I keep getting contacted for me to "pay my account". I have sent numerous emails providing them my with proof of payment, but all I receive are emails back saying I will receive feedback in 48h. Please explain how does this work and where has my money disappeared to?
