Unresponsive Edgards!!!

I've been battling to get hold of Edgars for a paid up letter. When I call their customer service line, it says that my account number doesnt exist. I spoke to someone in the call centre a week ago who were supposed to get back to me that same day, but I've heard nothing back. Can someone please help with a contact number.
