Unresolved incident
Someone **********ly used my account to buy data for the value of R1000 . I have reported the matter to Edgar's since November 2018. No one is contacting me to get more information on what happened. I have more that 5 references and nothing is happening. Acc not credited yet, they only want to credit me R200.

19 Mar 2019, 12:12I was adviced to log a dispute at the store, which i did on the 5th March 2019 at Kolonade. I went to the shop again on the 11th to check on the progress,i was then told my case is with their ***** department. Up to date , no one from Edgars ***** department contacted me with an update on the progress of my dispute.My account is accumulating interest on the purchase i'm disputing.
