Unresolved ***** complaint

I logged a ***** complaint with Edgars. I then received a call from the forensic manager, she advised that the query will be invistigaated . I also received a call from the invistigator on the he 12 June 2020, he advised that ***** was founded and the account will be cancelled.

I checked my itc and it still shows that the account is active. Please remove the account from my profile, as this is affecting my status.
