Unresolved after years now!!

I have sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] WITHOUT any response or answers and following numerous postings on Hellopeter still no answers forth coming!!!<br> <br> Lets be very clear right now!! You have dealing with me directly, I have no dealings with Anthony Richards and Associates as you never sent any statements and me personally asking your staff and call centre for any payments due was advised no payments due on account SO they have no entitlement to act or contact me in any way meads or form.<br> <br> Eventually someone decided to change my email address without request or consent!!!<br> <br> Then talking points is also not allocated to my actual rewards card which was perviously a purple cash card!!!<br> Yet your store have been swiping their hearts out on my cash purchases and ZERO point allocated!!!<br> <br> Check your bank account as well as your clearly would've notice EFT payments made with my account card number as reference as such the account balance decreasing now on the monthly statements!!!<br> <br> I WANT A REFERENCE NUMBER as I will be lodging a complaint against your with all consumers escalation points!!!<br> <br> NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ENTERTAINED ANYMORE
