Unreliable store

The new management at Edgars is unbelievable. I have been paying the account for for the past 2 months and I have been receiving calls from the Bureau for non payment. I have sent numerous time the proof of the EFT payments to their WhatsApp number, all the time the feedback is that they will get back to me. This will affect my credit score and I want it cleared. There is no use calling the call centre as I have done twice already and I have been told the request has been sent to a Team leader to allocate the payment.
