Unreliable insurance brokers
I took out an insurance policy (hospital cash back plan) with Edgars (Edcon) over a year ago, only to find out this week that they cancelled and reinstated the policy without my consent or giving me any notice or reason why. I have been waiting all week for an explanation regarding this.

What would have happened if I was actually admitted into hospital and tried to claim from this policy? I am sure they would have come up with some kind of an excuse not to pay out.

Unreliable and I am sure ******* business practice. Not to mention poor service

Don't take out any policies with Edcon!
